SPRINGTREE CRUISE VOUCHER OFFER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer Period

This Offer runs from 12:00am (AEST) on 3 December 2025 until 11:59pm (AEST) on 20 December 2025.

Eligible Homes

This Offer applies only to new homes purchased at Springtree Cobram or Springtree Yarrawonga during the Offer Period.

The Offer is not valid for resales or established homes within Springtree communities.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer, you must:

1. be an Australian resident aged 18 or over;
   b. be eligible to reside in a Springtree community under the over-55s land lease community requirements;
   c. not be a director, officer, management or employee of Springtree, its related entities or any agency or company associated with this Offer (or an immediate family member of any such person);
   d. enter into a binding Contract of Sale for an Eligible Home during the Offer Period;
   e. pay your deposit for the Eligible Home between 3 December and 20 December 2025; and
   f. settle your purchase of the Eligible Home within 9 months of the Contract of Sale date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Springtree sales team.

Details of the Offer

1. Each Eligible Purchaser will receive a cruise gift card valued at $3,500 AUD (Cruise Voucher).
2. The Cruise Voucher will be issued only upon settlement of the Eligible Home and only after Springtree has received all settlement funds in full.
3. The Cruise Voucher will be provided as a third-party travel gift card selected by Springtree.
   Springtree will not book, arrange, organise or manage any aspect of the cruise or travel booking. All travel arrangements, bookings and enquiries must be made directly with the third-party travel provider.
4. The Cruise Voucher may be used toward eligible cruise trips, subject to the terms, availability, pricing and conditions set by the third-party travel provider.
5. Expiry dates, permitted uses, black-out periods, booking rules and any additional fees or restrictions associated with the Cruise Voucher are determined by the third-party travel provider and are outside Springtree’s control. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the provider’s terms at the time of redemption.
6. One Cruise Voucher is provided per home purchase, regardless of the number of purchasers listed on the Contract of Sale.

General Terms

1. Springtree communities operate under the over-55s land lease model. This Offer is available only in connection with the purchase of new homes in Springtree’s over-55s land lease communities.
2. The Offer is available only once per Eligible Home.
3. The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount provided by Springtree.
4. Springtree may, at its discretion, determine whether a Purchaser is an Eligible Purchaser who can claim the Offer, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Springtree may withdraw, vary or substitute the Offer at any time, subject to applicable laws.
6. All monetary values referred to in these Terms and Conditions are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
7. To the full extent permitted by law, Springtree (including its officers, employees, consultants, representatives and agents) excludes all liability (including liability for negligence) for any personal injury, expense, loss or damage of any kind, directly or indirectly arising in any way out of the Offer or any Cruise Voucher provided under the Offer, including but not limited to any issues relating to travel bookings, cruise availability, travel provider insolvency, cancellations, delays, changes, or any other matter outside Springtree’s control.
8. This Offer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
