Downsizing & Moving Costs Incentive – Terms and Conditions - Springtree

Promoter

Project South LLC Pty Ltd (ACN 679 845 151), trading as Springtree Developments, an over-55s land lease community operator (Springtree).

Offer Period

The Offer runs from 12:00am (AEST) on 20 January 2026 until 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026.

Eligible Homes

  • Applies only to brand-new homes purchased at Springtree Cobram or Springtree Yarrawonga during the Offer Period.
  • Excludes resale or established homes within Springtree communities.


Eligibility & Settlement

To be eligible, purchasers must:

  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over.
  • Be eligible to reside in a Springtree community under the over-55s land lease requirements.
  • Not be a director, officer, management, or employee of Springtree, its related entities, or any agency associated with this Offer (or an immediate family member of such persons).
  • Enter into a binding Contract of Sale for an Eligible Home during the Offer Period.
  • Settle the purchase no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Springtree.

Note: Purchasers must allow sufficient time for cooling-off periods, finance approval, and other legal or contractual requirements. Springtree will not extend settlement beyond the above date.

Details of the Offer

  • Each eligible purchaser may receive up to $10,000 AUD to assist with downsizing and moving costs (the Incentive).
  • The Incentive:
    • Is paid directly to the purchaser.
    • Does not require receipts or proof of expenditure.
    • May be used at the purchaser’s discretion for moving, relocation, or downsizing-related costs.
  • Springtree does not arrange, manage, or supervise any third-party services.


Third-Party Services & Recommendations

  • Springtree may provide general supplier suggestions if requested.
  • Such suggestions are informational only and do not constitute endorsement.
  • Purchasers engage third-party providers at their own risk, and Springtree accepts no liability for performance, quality, pricing, delays, disputes, or outcomes.


Payment Structure

  • $5,000 AUD paid one week prior to settlement, once the contract is unconditional and the settlement date is confirmed.
  • $5,000 AUD paid on settlement, following receipt of settlement funds in full.

Payment Conditions

  • Purchasers must provide valid bank account details and respond promptly to any requests for information to process payment.
  • Payment will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly to the purchaser(s) listed on the Contract of Sale.
  • Payments will not be:
    • Made in cash
    • Paid to third parties
    • Deposited into accounts not held in the purchaser’s name

All payment-related correspondence should be directed to your Sales Manager, who will assist you with any queries regarding the Incentive.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or non-payment.

Exclusions

  • The Incentive:
    • Is not part of the purchase price of the home.
    • Has no monetary value until all eligibility conditions are met.
    • Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for other benefits.
    • Cannot be combined with other Springtree promotions unless expressly approved in writing.

General Terms

  • Only one Incentive per Eligible Home, regardless of the number of purchasers.
  • Springtree determines eligibility at its discretion.
  • Springtree may withdraw, vary, or cancel the Offer prior to an unconditional contract.
  • All monetary values include GST (if applicable).
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Springtree excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this Offer.
  • This Offer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
