Welcome Peter & Kay to Springtree Cobram
This week we’re delighted to welcome Peter and Kay to our Springtree Cobram community. Originally from Queensland, they’ve made the move south to settle into their brand-new Oxley three-bedroom home, one of our latest designs.
The couple’s biggest motivator for relocating was family. With their children and grandchildren living in Melbourne, Cobram felt like the perfect choice — just a comfortable three-hour drive away. Now, they’ll be able to enjoy more visits, family time, and the joy of watching their grandkids grow up a little closer to home.
While Peter and Kay had often holidayed along the Murray region, Cobram itself was new to them. When they began their search for a new community, they were drawn to Springtree because it offered the best of both worlds: the warmth of a small-town atmosphere with the convenience of all the facilities they need close by.
Their new Oxley home has been the perfect fit. Downsizing to a three-bedroom design has given them the space they need without the upkeep of a larger property. With a generous outdoor deck and modern layout, they’re excited to enjoy indoor–outdoor living and to make the most of this next chapter in their lives.
Their corner block offers privacy and a grassed area — perfect for their much-loved dog Patch, who will no doubt enjoy morning walks and playtime as the neighbourhood grows.
Peter, Kay and Patch are thrilled about their move and especially looking forward to the new community facilities that are on the way. We can’t wait to see them settle in, connect with new neighbours, and enjoy everything that Springtree Cobram has to offer.
