We’ve got exciting news to share – the design for the future Springtree Yarrawonga clubhouse has just been revealed, and it’s every bit the resort-style haven our future residents have been dreaming of. Designed by leading architecture studio Telha Clarke and brought to life inside by interior design specialists Arkee, the clubhouse blends natural textures, modern design and a deep sense of place.
With early works now underway and civil construction set to commence in July 2025, momentum is building quickly. Home settlements are expected by the end of 2025, and we’re excited to offer a first glimpse of what will soon become the vibrant heart of our over 55s lifestyle community – a central space designed to bring people together and support a lifestyle centred on connection, wellbeing and ease.

High-quality finishes will reflect the natural environment and the architecture, creating interiors that feel deeply connected to place.
From the shared lounges to the communal kitchen and alfresco terraces, every space has been designed to invite connection, and will offer residents the chance to gather, share and enjoy the day-to-day moments of village life.
