Community members get a sneak peak into Springree Cobram’s future at ‘Vision Ahead’ event
Future residents and buyers explored Springtree Cobram’s exciting masterplan and discovered the benefits of resort-style living at our inaugural Info Session.
Springtree Cobram recently hosted its inaugural event, the Vision Ahead Info Session, offering attendees an exclusive preview of plans for the new over-55s lifestyle resort in Cobram, Victoria.
Held at Sporties Barooga on Tuesday, 4th March, the event brought together future residents and local community members eager to learn more about the upcoming expansion of Springtree Cobram.The session provided valuable insights into the benefits of resort-style living, with a focus on the planned release of homes in this highly anticipated community. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about Springtree’s land lease model, which offers an affordable, low-maintenance, and secure lifestyle.
They also had their key questions answered regarding the financial and lifestyle advantages of resort-style retirement living. Guest speakers Kade Beasley from Moggs Advisory and Accounting shared expert advice on planning for retirement, and Nathan Tresize, CEO of Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing, discussed the home designs and construction process with Springtree’s build partner.
A key highlight of the event was the exclusive first look at the Springtree Cobram masterplan. Guests were excited to see the community layout, which includes an impressive range of amenities designed to promote a social and active lifestyle. These include a swimming pool, Pilates and yoga studio, function space, cinema, games room and lounge, all designed to promote relaxation and recreation for residents.
The outdoor spaces will also feature a BBQ area, fire pit, bowling green, pickleball court, putting green, driving nets, gardens, a dog park and convenient caravan storage with a wash bay.
