On Thursday 12th June, we hosted an exclusive VIP event at The Sebel Yarrawonga, giving guests a first look at Springtree Yarrawonga’s newly revealed clubhouse designs and announcing the official launch of Stage 1 homes.
The event brought together future residents, project leaders and special guests for an intimate lunch and drinks, where key details were shared about the vision for this new over-55s lifestyle resort, coming soon to Yarrawonga. Attendees learned more about the benefits of resort-style living and Springtree’s land lease model, designed to provide an affordable, low-maintenance and secure way of living.
A highlight of the day was the unveiling of the clubhouse plans, offering guests a preview of the thoughtfully designed spaces that will become the heart of the community. The event also marked the official Stage 1 launch, with VIPs receiving early access to home designs and site selection. Interest was strong, with many guests taking the opportunity to secure their preferred homesites.
